This process leads to the creation of a complete three-dimensional model, which anticipates interference and critical issues, allowing for seamless integration between systems and the structure.
Once the coordination phase is complete, we prepare the installation drawings (assembly plans), with all the measurements and specifications necessary for precise and unambiguous assembly.

In 2012 Esse Group played a key role in the Costa Concordia recovery operations, participating in the construction of 40% of the caissons used for the rotation and subsequent righting of the ship.

After the tragic collapse of the Morandi Bridge in 2018, Genoa and Italy as a whole faced one of the most complex and symbolic infrastructure challenges of recent decades.
In this context, Esse Group was called upon to provide a concrete and highly specialized contribution.
Esse Group oversaw the assembly of the structural blocks required for the construction of the new bridge, a task that required absolute precision, impeccable coordination, and top-level production capacity.
Our work allowed us to meet an extraordinary schedule, making a significant contribution to the complete reconstruction in just 12 months.
We were honored to participate in a project that represented not only an engineering feat, but also a sign of rebirth for an entire city.
